Cancellation Policy

Pride Muay Thai – Membership Hold & Cancellation Policy Membership Holds Annual Memberships Annual plan members may request one (1) hold per calendar year, for up to 30 days total. All hold requests require a $30 processing fee. Hold requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the desired start date. The membership term will be extended by the number of days the account is on hold. Month-to-Month & Part-Time Plans These plans are self-serve and typically do not include hold privileges. Under special circumstances (injury, medical issues, or emergencies), members may request one (1) hold per calendar year, up to 30 days, subject to approval and the $30 processing fee. If a member requires additional holds beyond the single annual allowance, the membership must be cancelled instead. Cancellations All membership cancellations must be submitted with a 30-day written notice. Billing continues during the 30-day notice period. Accounts must be in good standing (no overdue balances) for cancellation requests to be processed. Once a cancellation is processed, any unused hold allowances do not carry forward. General Terms Hold requests cannot be applied retroactively. Membership access is suspended during hold periods. Promotional, discounted, or special-rate memberships follow the same hold and cancellation rules unless otherwise stated.
